When it officially opens its doors later this year, the 365-meter-tall, 82-story Ciel Tower will claim the title of the world’s tallest hotel.

Located in Dubai Marina, Ciel Tower boasts over 1,000 rooms, including nearly 150 premium suites, targeting the luxury leisure segment. Currently, the Guinness World Record holder for the tallest hotel is the 356-meter-tall Gevora Hotel, also situated in Dubai, UAE.

Ciel Tower impresses with a series of sky-high amenities, such as the world’s highest infinity pool, anticipated to be on the 76th floor. An 81st-floor 360-degree observation deck will offer guests panoramic city views, including the iconic Burj Khalifa. The 16th floor will house the Nest Executive Lounge, a tranquil space for business-class guests with breathtaking skyline vistas.

All rooms are designed with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, providing unobstructed views of the affluent Dubai Marina residential area, the Palm Jumeirah archipelago, and the Arabian Gulf. Additionally, the hotel features a modern fitness center, a dedicated children’s pool, and 10 restaurants and bars.

Ciel Tower is developed by The First Group and designed by the UK-based architectural firm NORR Group. According to the developer, this is their largest and most luxurious project to date, not just an iconic structure but also a new milestone in the global hospitality industry. Ciel is also part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Vignette Collection, which comprises unique hotels in prominent destinations worldwide.

According to TripAdvisor’s latest Travelers’ Choice Awards, Dubai is the third most popular travel destination globally. A representative from the travel platform noted that Dubai is a fascinating blend of modernity and tradition, where visitors can enjoy performances at the Opera House, admire the city from the top of the Burj Khalifa, or explore the gold, spice, and textile souks along Dubai Creek.

For thrill-seekers, options abound, from hot air balloon rides over the desert and exhilarating experiences at IMG Worlds of Adventure to skydiving over the Palm Jumeirah.
